Membuat Efek Form Berbintang Di Visual Basic 6.0

Untuk form berbintang cukup tambahkan sebuah timer ke dalam form dan ubah properties backcolor formnya menjadi warna hitam, lalu ketikkan coding berikut di jendela coding :
